Am i still burning fat at the gym ?

i do 15mins cardio at 9km/h speed on treadmill as a warmup then hit the weights. then i finish it up with another 15mins cardio at 9km/h. i do this 5times a week. so basically am i burning fat (im not fat at all) and getting a good workout ?? (i spend like 1hr and half at gym)
