I wen't to a tanning bed for the FIRST time, and have 7-8 new freckles on my stomach. Will these fade?

They are a little lighter than my other freckles. Is there any chance the melanin will equalize out? I tan in the real sun all the time and never get freckles. If I go back to normal sun would it help the melanin spread out?
