Are these genital warts? Please help...?

I recently found a kind of wart around my penile area, and I really really want to know if these are genital warts or not. I only found 2 really small warts at the base of the and it bled when I tried to remove it by hand. Also, I just found them now -I had ual with a prostitute last February, and at that time I was using a condom. When it bled, I dabbed a keratolytic solution consisting of 3g salicylic acid, 5 ml glycerin, and ethanol soaked in cotton to remove the blood, but it only made it itch. Plese give some answers, because I cannot afford to have genital warts, for I am joining a military academy and am afraid they might revoke my application because of it. Thanks.
