Does anyone have this place card template from Target? (DCPI: 053-07-2720, SKU: 68399) MyStationery?

I had bought place cards from Target. It says that you can go to, "http://www.Target.com/MyStationery" to get the free template. Well, when I went there, there is no sign of the place cards I bought. So I was wondering if anyone knew of the site (or measurements) that I need for these. They are opal bordered, you get 48 per pack, the DCPI is 053-07-2720, and the UPC is 6 34680 68399 6 (the SKU being 68399). If anyone has any information, please let me know! =)
