How should i dress to see a councillor who deals with TG issues?

I'm asking, because i'm still not that confident at the moment going out dressed as a female, and was wondering, should i go as a male, but take some of my female clothes with me, in case i could change into them there, or go dressed as a female, as this could be the perfect opportunity for me to do so
