Looking to export medicines frm india to NGO's working in post conflct countrs like Iraq. How do i get licence

I have a pvt. Ltd. company in delhi. I am looking to export essential medicines to NGO's working for the poor in countries like Iraq and Afganistan.I can buy medicnes in generic names from any manufacture in India. How do i get a licence to export them to these countries. Please help.......
