offenders with children?

Okay, my mom's friend recently found out that she was pregnant. Well, she is a registered offender and her other 3 kids have already gotten taken away due to her charges (lewd molestation on all 3 children.) I'm worried that they are going to let her keep this child and she's going to do the same exact thing to this child. Does anyone know if she should be able to keep this baby, I'm clueless! I've tried looking it up but I couldn't find anything.
