The people who are so grossly obese they cannot get out of bed......?

What do you think of their so-called loved ones who keep bringing them enormous amounts of junk food? Are they trying to hasten their deaths? Is it misguided love? Do they just do it to avoid tantrums by the fat people lying in bed demanding more food? Wouldn't you feel like saying go get it yourself?
