Runescape Training in F2P?

ok so my main is a not member now and i hav no space in bank and barely in inventory and want to continue training on him althougth he is f2p, for the time being. my stats are 65 str 61 attk 60 deff 53 range 44 mage 29 prayer, and i am wearing full black with gold trimmed wich i rather wouldnt like to lose fightin lessers on karajama, so if there is anything else good to train plz just tell me.
