What do I do, I fell for a French Exchange student leaving in a week? 10 points for sincere advice!?

Ok, our school hosts an exchange student program with french school for 2 weeks every year. This year, I fell for one of the students...he's leaving in a week. I feel so confused...He's a senior this year but he's British so he might come to America after graduation this year...So do I tell him before he leaves encase?
