AHHHHHHHHH major crisis!!! PLEASE HELP!!?

Simply explain to him that you like him as nothing more than a friend and that if you do go out with him, it is as friends only. If he is a decent guy, he will understand. Don't feel bad for saying no when you would feel worse for saying yes and misleading him into thinking you want more than friendship.
