Fettuccine Alla panna? anyone got an a good recipe for it?

there used to be a really good italian restaurant near us that used to do this they have now closed down and i would like to make it myself...it has a white creamy sauce and mushrooms in it not sure of what else it was also vegetarian please help!!!
