Is it possible for someone (according to their natal chart) to be uncompatable with others?

To the extent that they are best off single and not involved in relationships due to a variety of factors? I hear so much about compatability,so I wonder about the flipside of the coin.What would make someone imppossible to relate to and get alone with,ingrained habits/traits that could be indicated by aspects/planets/houses for instance.
